What are opinions on folding knives.

Before the crash I was asking for your advice and opinions on folding knives. I think it was between Opinel No.8 and Svord Peasant. Comments and advice welcomed.

I have a Spyderco Manix II and love it, but then that's a fixed blade replacement for me. For general foraging and bimbling needs, an Opinel is great; just watch out for the fact that it locks; though there are non-lock versions.

Iv'e had a Opinel No 8 for about 10 years, lost it in the garden for a while? - dead easy to keep sharp will last a lifetime, BUT there's something about a SVORD Peasant
