Great stuff Basha. Liking the button compass straps and fobs.

I found it doesn't glow for very long, after the lights go out. Not sure if it's just the stuff I bought, or if all of it is like that. Mine had 9 strands in the centre too, rather than 7, which I thought was a bit odd lol.

Yeah your right it glows ok just after being in light but soon after goes dull, but it still does the job in the pitch black when looking for where you can't you white light.

It passes time really quick when you get on and do these, after the first few times you get a few blisters on your fingers from pulling tight but soon after the skin hardens, you can make these out of any string really if you want, but the purist only want paracord, on big projects like dog leads it becomes costly if you have not got a good source of paracord still expensive to import in big rolls !! i've been buying from HK 7 strand paracord on e bay, cant say i have any issues with it yet .

It's addictive isn't it lol. I have used Wilkos utility cord. Has seven strands, and you get 50 feet for £1 . I have also made a huge collar/christmas wreathe, from the webbing you get with a hammock. Turns out nice n big, and has a bit of springy stretch to it.
