Yeah I phoned up endicotts and bought one from there! Payed over the phone and it came next dayReasonably priced and it was a brand new unused millbank
If you don't want to pay buy phone and go down the endicotts route ebay sometimes has a couple but the ones you bid for usually get alot of bids! if your lucky you might come across a buy it now one

Yep, Endicotts is the best. Ebay rarely have any listed, and the quality can be very hit n miss.
