Though to be honest haven't made coffee out in the woods or been camping in years though that gonna change this summer. I'm gonna do good old perked coffee though that's my fav method but for simplicity and light weight this little gadget is awesome makes a wicked smooth cuppa joe

To me the good old cheapie filter like I posted that still has to be one of the best things I ever tried. A friend of mine from Germany she got it for me a few years ago she has a bigger version of it but they are great little gadgets

Otherwise I too use a coffee perk but use Lidls coffee pods .... Like round tea bags but Full of coffee available in three different flavours ...
I like the Brazilian and Columbian blends but they are so ezy to use no messy grounds to deal with wet or dry as all safely contained in the bag !!!

    Hmmmmmm coffee !!!!

    Cheers Whistle
That folding kettle is brilliant. Pack weight not to much of a concern for me when I go my Panasonic bike she's gonna be my pack mule probably take a bit heavier gear than most such as toting a small cast iron pan
