    I don't eat pork, bacon or ham and although my father would drop everything for a roast chestnut I really don't like them at all. Oddly I like most nuts and would live on them if I could, just not sweet chestnuts. The next video on bannock and trout nearly made me drown in my own saliva, the guy does some lovely videos.

    this particular ham is actually from south tyrol (german speaking part of italy in the alps) that I brought back from an outdoor trip. absolutely fantastic taste...

    Ah yes that is one thing on my list of things to try I love chestnuts just never had them cooked that way before. As said that ham looked pretty good to be even better with a pot of coffee
