i like the legs you added, think im going to do a dog tin hobo stove... big credit to Justin, first time i read dog tin stove, i thought 'but there so small...' oh yeah, jumbo tins... duuh...
so ive sent the misses off to the shop whilst im at work to get a jumbo tin, after the dogs devoured the contents and ill get crackin and you keep you all posted
I made mine out of a jumbo grapefruit segment tin - 25p shown below with zebra billy inside
this one is made from a small ikea sink drainer

If it works what else do you need, next you can try a wood gas stove, very efficient and almost smokless (good for stealth camping)
My advice would be short and fat, not tall and toppley - I've had some I made topple and it's not pretty - food mixed with wood and ash...lol
