    Reliving the Stone Age

We spent 4 1/2 months preparing for our 1 month trip into the wilderness of the north cascades in WA.
We took no mordern equipment except camera and diary the rest of our stuff was ALL made by ourselves, clothes, mocassins and blankets. Bows and arrows and food foraged.
We were hunter gatherers reliving the past.

    Check out part 2 here:

What an amazing experience to remember for the rest of your life.

I have to ask - you hear of stories where people have seperated themselves or been seperated away from modern society for a period of time and come back with a very different outlook or perspective. I know this is generally after very prolonged periods, but what are your feelings after having been through this and then back into 'civilisation'?

Looks amazing, wonder how long it takes to get "tuned in". Couldn't help noticing two different pairs of glasses!

Oooooh..! Wow..! Bushcraft in its proper raw state.. Beautiful..!
Thank you for taking a camera with you. I bet that was a big prior discussion, wether you took one or not. I am glad you did.
And its all summed up by the last sentence of that poem "We are the richest people on this Earth"
Where can we get more info on the trip..?
Thank you too for introducing me to the beautiful music of Mariee Sioux
