    Nice day on the shore

    Me the, wife and the runt had a wonderfull day at the shore yesterday, while the oldest was at work, and our middle was sleeping in :-)

    And our lad caught his very first fish. He struggled with this all summer last year, but today he caught five of these little coal fish, and finally broke the code. :-)

    But he was fine with letting mom do the cookinng of the catch. Barbecue coalfish on the fire pit with bannock bread.

    Yeah he was quite pleased with himself...and at bed time he was out before hios head hit the pillow...more days like that to come as summer is slowly introducing itself,
    and only 2 weeks left of school :-)

    That's such a beautiful spot too ...
    Does the snow ever melt there on those mountains , or does some always remain even in the summer?

    Either way , beautiful spot , beautiful food and it seems like it was a beautiful day all round!!

    We have had the coldest month of May in 30 years, but today we have 15 degrees celcius, the warmest day so far this year.
    I think last year was the first time ever I saw the montains totally devoid of snow. There is always some patches here and there. But now the snow meter is thick well bellow the tree line. Cant remember that ever in June.
