Glad to hear the material came in handy Rune. You may be happy to hear that the kettle sent in return still makes a very good brew

Mine is a Shimano Beastmaster UL165 for 1-7 gram lure weights :-)
I use mostly 3-4 gram Blue Fox Vibrax silver "size 0" spinners, and never fail to catch trout or arctic charr on that rig :-)
Ther eis a vid on my channel where I fish with it, but the catch that day was rather small, lol

Yeah, those Eagle kettles are good kit.
Mine will go back into the go-bag soon when my new day pack arrives. As the GSI kettle is going into the day pack, as that will
be used when I intend to actually cook something beyond just heating water, and the GSI kettle also doubles as my billy can :-)

This is my Bushcraft bag/day bag. It's around 15 litre. On the right is my sleep system which is carried over my shoulder when I'm staying out.

Yup like to keep it simple. East coast gets you some stunning sunrises.
Only thing that's not shown in the pic is my Dutch poncho.
I wish I was able to sleep on the ground like that...never could.
I have trouble even with a thick sleeping pad under me so I need a
full sized recon pack bergan just to haul my sleeping kit, lol
But I like your kit, nice and compact, and apart from the sleeping kit, thats not more than I carry in my
regular little go bag :-)
