    nice one. i have been working on a Dave Bubb knife recently, i post pic's when its finished. i clamp my belt sander in a black and decker workmate which is great for freehand work but i would like to know how you set yours up verticaly like that.

    Looking forward to seeing the pictures m8.
    A made a wooden frame from cls took the bolts out the side of the belt sander drilled holes in the wood and bolted the sander to it simples lol. Al post up a few pictures of it

    Top one is a complete Dave Budd, other two are his blades with middle handled in antler and oak end and bottom oak only. Those two are my kids knives and I derived a great deal of pleasure in making them.
