Brand new - really need my thirst quenching with all this bushcraft stuff! Spend majority of free time watching bush craft videos as craving getting outdoors and cracking on with it! Lack experience , skills and equipment! wouldn't know we're to begin with location. Live in Lincolnshire. Really wanna get down to basics and start from the very beginning any tips on location for beginners? 29 yr old female - hi everyone and thanks

    Hello Rosie and welcome.

I cannot begin to convey the amount of experience and knowledge this site has in terms of both previous posts and its members - it's a great resource. That said, there's nothing like getting out there and actually doing bushcraft. The forum is riddled with kit lists and LoneWolf44 has very recently posted a kit list that you could use as a starter perhaps.

    Cheers,
