yes its not a new concept for some but i think its good to keep the ideas and knowledge going as some will never have known about it.
i generally find i just get a lot of water coming off my bacon when i cook it but maybe thats just the bacon i buy, im sure good quality bacon wouldnt do that so you may well be right midas T^
