Just a short trip!
Good info.
I'll have a look around.
I live in Ottawa, Canada. I don't know any off the top of my head, but it's good to look into other options.
Good outside the box thinking!
I'm not a knife maker either. But I think it would be much easier with the right tools. Like a grinder.
You might be right for drilling the wholes though. I broke two cobalt drill bits trying.
Because I really like the blade/grind on the mora.
I want to get the best of both worlds.
I might try reprofilling the blade on the Svord to be single bevel if I can't make this work.
Hello,
I'm a minimalist and was looking for a knife that would be my EDC, but also a good bushcraft knife. Essentialy one knife to fill all my needs.
I love my mora, but it just isn't a...
Well done!
Going to give this a shot.
I currently just use a DC 4, and a DC 3 in the field. But I'm always on the lookout for something light weight. Might glue the paper to the lid of my bottle or some...

He's got only a few videos, but they are excellent!
Thanks for this!
I think I'll make a fixed blade out of the Svord blade.
But honestly, this is more about making my personal ideal knife.
That would be great!
Personally, the PFS and marbles work best for me.
You can build your own. Check out PFS Shooter on YouTube for how to videos.
Anyone have the dimensions of a Svord Mini Peasant?
I have an idea to take a Mora No. 3 and cut the blade to use in the Svord.
All the advantages of a Mora with the nice compact Svord design.

I get back pain too. My solution was ultralight backpacking.
When I'm bushcrafting, I go out with very minimal and light weight equipment.
A great book on this is "Participating in Nature" by...
Makes sense to me!
Also, we generally always have a way to boil.
Personally, I like to keep things simple rather than carrying tablets, or filters.

Hello,
I didn't realize I hadn't done so.
I've been subcribed for some time.
Cheers,
I think I use just about everything day to day.
