I made a drum out of a propane tank (makes some cool sounds)...I unscrewed the fitting then filled it full of sand then took the angle grinder to it...
Personally, I'm not the least bit fond of bear meat, but a couple of the guys at the camp do like it...and this hide is going to be a rug I think...

I thought there was always an ingredient of fat included in the mix? I saw an old timer making it when I was a kid and I remember him using
deer tallow but he said bear fat was the be all and end...
