From the folk I've spoken to recently, one of the biggest issues seems to be a lack of "permission's", and to para-phrase a famous quote, "all the gear, and no where to go"... And then on top of that...

You could always make your own, get a piece of MDF and glue some wet 'n' dry emery paper to each side, 800's and 1200's grit should be ideal.. Check out youtube theres loads of...
