Basically it's because Youtube forced me to do it that way, I just uploaded to Vimeo the same way.

You can now see the same video split into four bite sized chunks on Vimeo. You can also embed as with Youtube.

I feel I really should put the video's back up somewhere, and Vimeo has long been on my mind, so maybe there.
