If you type in "home made meths stove" on YouTube you will find loads of videos showing you how they are made and the red bull can type is one you can do although they only burn for half...

That's a shame Martin, still these things can't be helped. Just hope your knee heals up soon, I have always avoided running for the above reason, nothing at all to do with the fact I'm bone idol lol.

We stayed Friday night as well, were you on the south moor? We were near burrator reservoir but we were fairly low down so probably missed the clag although one side of my tent was fairly soggy in...

We were down there on Fri/Sat and it was gorgeous weather, I wish I never bothered with a sleeping bag is was so warm. You must have been unlucky!
