From what I have read, many of the proposals are sensible, however one is likely to impact knife makers and genuine customers alike: Creating offences to prevent knives sold online being delivered to a private residential
address, and ensuring the age and identity of the purchaser are checked.

If taking the survey, read question 1 in conjunction with Proposal A as I think the question on its own has been phrased rather cunningly, but please make up your own mind.

As ever, the actions of a moronic minority are likely to impact many small businesses and their customers (us) alike.
