Yes. I have just bought my first proper knife (ie not a pen knife or multi tool) and I think my wife was a little shocked.
She dealt with it fine but I think she thinks I'm going feral.
Just got a package from Woodlore:
Ray Mears Bushcraft Survival Series one and two DVD
Ray Mears Essential Bushcraft, signed by Ray
Ray Mears firesteel
Two Ray Mears Fox 40 safety whistles
Yeah, just put me on the fanboy list.... :p
Oooh... Today is a good day!
Just got a package from my favourite supplier at the store:
Optimus NOVA+
Optimus Svea 123R (SHINY!)
Optimus 0,6 L fuel bottle
Optimus 1,0 L fuel bottle
Optimus small repair kit for NOVA+
2 x US Army issue foldable can openers
2x US issue Decon boxes.
Bullet-proof containers for small bits of kit/tinder etc. I tried to get some from Endicotts but they didn't have any and said supply was erratic, but I managed to get a couple (after lots of searching) from:
http://baseoftree.com/index.php?rout...product_id=307
as they use them for geocaching. Not cheap, but they should last forever.

Greetings all from the States,
I just joined the site today after viewing several outstanding videos. Paul or Steve, would you be so kind as to send me a link to where I might buy a Tiffin Tin?
Thank you,
Hi, did you mean me?? First on a google search was this sitewww.lunchboxes.com
Hey!! That's it !! Thanks Paul. It looks like a fine lunch kit.
No problem, and welcome! It was steve that spotted these awesome tiffin kits. I think he has a connection with a local supplier :)
