Itching to go out and test those snow shoes. So naturally with all the rain we've had on top of the snow, and now a freeze, the woods are just one giant skating arena. The ground is covered in a 30-40 cm thick sheet of solid ice. There are cramp ons under the snow shoes so it could be done. But I think I'd rather just wear normal cramp ons on my boots...just need to purchase a pair. Only problem with that is that if a buy them, the gods willo dump a mter of white powder on us...hmmm...not a bad idea, maybe then I will get to use the snow shoes!
TODAY..... Ime off for a walk in the woods to get rid of excess calories,the sound of womens voices ringing in my ears and just to be there! :campfire:
