Spent the yesterday evening cleaning up my knives and axe. Will go over the edges today.
Also replaced that thick withe rope the hammock came with, with 550 7 strand para cord. It weighs a lot less now, and packs smaller too.

Soooo lookin forward to gettin my Hammock this week . Have the para cord ready and waiting for the rope change.
If the rope is any good Think I'll make a new lead for the Pscyo mutt The extending one broke lastnight when he decided to take on a Bull Terrier ....... AGAIN!!! Sheesh!

I'm obviously doing something wrong; maybe I'm just profoundly inefficient at time management... I just wish I could find the time
to sort my kit and get at bushcraft things like you guys do! I'm very jealous; what's your secret?
My secret is ....... I dont go to the pub anymore so I sit in my wee workshop and make stuff like spoons bowls slingshots .
Working on an Atleatle at the moment.

I don't hang out at the pub either, Al; I think my problem mostly stems from being in the construction business and working long hours,
(and being old). When I get some down time, I have no energy to get at the fun stuff like bushcraft projects. Just gotta find a way
to get out into the bush. I got my trapper's licence renewed last week and got my trapline registered, so now I need to find a way to take
December and January off and go trapping...wish me luck. T^
