Thats not bad for £50 , I mean of course £50 is not cheap , but it's a versatile bit of kit .

Haha, sometimes you really get what you pay for. My cheap chinese ebay leather working set is really crappy. So far I have broken 4 needles and 2 awls, and I am only halfway into sowing up a sheath that had all the holes ready...

Good work Rune. Doesn't sound like you caught the leatherwork bug though!

I got the patience and attention span of a 2 year old...I bore easy.
Like when I got myself a spoon knife. I made two spoons. And that was it. I still have the spoons and see no reason to make more.
The two I made back in 2012 or something still works, and I would just get tired in my hands if I made more.
For me it has never been the journey...it is arriving there that interests me :-)

That's the issue with hobbies that involve making stuff. What do you do with all the stuff you've made?
I'd like to have a go at spoon making but I don't really want a house full of wonky spoons!

Keep it all and hoard it !👍😄
