Got a nice woodland permission in West Yorkshire for a meet if anybody is interested?

On site tap, stream, ground fires allowed, parachute canopy for communal area. £5 pppn. I usually do bi-monthly meets on another forum (dates up soon) but thought I would do a separate one over summer for NB members :)

Thought this would be a good chance to meet up again? All are welcome.

Interested but depends on the date

Not sure on date yet bud, Probably first week in July so could be 4th-6th. Once I've set date I'll create a new thread with all details etc.

Thanks. Plenty of wild garlic about now as well for people who like it in their food :)

I think I'm going to be taking some Camembert with me and baking it up together with some Ransoms. Never had either before but been told its a really nice combo :D

Did you miss out on the Camembert and garlic at Lastingham last year ADz ? Treefrog provided it as an entree before the stew....

Yeah must have, If it was the Saturday I got up quite late and head was in bits most of day because of the previous nights drinking lol. Certainly learned a lesson that day.

I came across the recipe on a recent youtube upload from Zed outdoors and like the look of it :)

Ah I see, I didn't have the communal stew as I'm not really fan of cooked veg and bit of a fussy eater. We went for walk after surfacing and then we did our own once back and chilled out on night.

..If I remember correctly we was last two to call it night on Friday (Saturday morning)?

Did you actually eat that fish or did it get burnt? It must have been the oil from the fish that got the flames so high eh? Lol

...what fish? Had my own beef/potato/dumplings at Lastingham.

Fire was probably high because you walked past and dropped a bit of your drink on it when doing your traditional fall over routine numpty :p http://fun.resplace.net/Emoticons/Alcohol/DrunkBanana.gif

...Anyway, behave and I'll bring you one of the Hull patties you have been lusting over with me next week ;)
