Does anyone know a decent source of 100% cotton lumberjack type shirts on the web please (not poorly made tat). The local shop to me that used to sell them has recently closed.

Thanks.

Is flannel OK? The only place I can think of is LL Bean - they do ship to the UK, though I'm not sure if it will be worth the shipping costs...

Thanks for recommending LL Bean. Some nice stuff there.

We like to think of them as one of the best outdoor shops over here...especially when they have their sales :p

If your looking for unlined ones, the ones made by pinewood are pretty good.

Yes they look good on the bushcraft store website. Will get one later. Got a couple of Hoggs of Fife Tattershall shirts in 100% cotton which are nice.

Duluth Trading Co. is another U.S. company I can vouch for. I can't vouch for their international shipping, however...

The only difficulty I had was when they didn't have my size one time and sent me a "regular" instead of "tall" and I had to send it back.

I'm wearing one of their "Free Swingin' Plaid Flannel" shirts right now. I'm 6ft1in tall and about 220 lb so I ordered the size XL, tall, trim fit and it's perfect.

Great shirt, overbuilt and they have a bunch on clearance pricing right now.

All the best,

Josh

Duluth make loads. You should really check their site out, you'd be surprised what they have.

Checking the Duluth website, they have some on offer at $30, not sure about shipping. I did pick a very nice one up in Edinburgh Woollen Mill recently for a tenner at half price.

The Hoggs ones are nice and reasonably priced too.

I find the dickies ones great. You find some good bargains on eBay. There's a dickies factory outlet seller on there that has some great gear on.
