Sorry to jump into your thread here Feebullet but it may have escaped some of our fellow countrymen's attention but we have just been slaughtered by the convicts in the one day series and the world cup is in a few weeks time.

Not being a doom monger but might be a good idea if we kept the gloating to a mininum until we've at least made it out of the group stages. ;)

Martin

PS. We still won the ashes.

PPS. Twice in succession. :P

Nah, the ashes was great. About time those pompise prats got brought back down to earth. Nothing new here, floods, fires and cyclones..... locust plagues and introduced pests running a muck (not always pommy back packers) It is still the wild (non-revolutionary or republic) west here! thanks for the warm welcome

Don't listen to that lot feebullet, everything's not all about cricket. I'm sure Ash will welcome you to the forum soon as it's Ash'es forum you see. Have a good field about the site and if you get stumped or anything, we'll all run to help you out.

well I think we are going to see a historic run chase tonight, where 334 in a 50 over just isn't enough....

You mean this morning. ;)

In fact, I'm sure you're right. You guys need just over 9 per over but should do-able. I really should get on with some work, but just can't bring myself to stop listening. :)

:welcome: to the forum bud, it's a real pleasure to have visitors from the opposite side of the world :)

I don't follow Cricket, Rugby or Football so I couldn't care less who's winning! :p

Hope your getting through the hard-times ok out there. All the best,
