Really looking forward to the Dorset trip from 31 Dec 2013 to my Birthday 5th Jan 2014. I have decided what I will be doing. I will be doing a minimal kit outting using the idea that my bag has become damaged or in some way un-usable.
What would i take from it?

So here we go, if you could get someone else to carry your food and you can reasonably carry 8 Items what would you take from your 45ltr bag?

I'd probably go with something like that, but Wool blankets can be a little chilly in mid winter :)

I have an idea what im taking I just like seeing folks sharing. I had one person say a camera and another say a map and another put chocolate on the list all very interesting but not always the best ideas. Surprised no one said Axe or Saw.

Well as we had lots of flooding and not a lot else this trip was called off after about 4 hours due to it being deeply unsafe to continue and not wanting to put ourselves into an actual survival situation.
So on January 17th I headed into the forest near me on my own to make up for this and this video is what happened.
