Sub zero adventure

Hi all,

Just back from my little overnighter.
Temperatures were cold but the fire was warm :campfire: and my arctic sleeping bag - Hi Gear Summit 350 Sleeping Bag (although quite bulky but wouldn't leave home without it) kept me and Lola toasty warm :happy-clapping:.

Within the camp there is a fallen tree and this is perfect for firewood.
Roast chicken and some chorizo burgers were enjoyed by all. :D

Are you from this neck of the woods (pardon the pun ;))

Formakin Estate looks interesting, im in Renfrew and ive never been in that neck of the woods, im looking for somewhere new to explore would you recommend it?

Yes, it's a nice quiet spot, about a mile trek.
Happy to take you there after the snow comes and goes.
