Can anyone ID?

Spotted in a few different areas, can anyone tell me what these are? I don't really deal with fungi, tend to leave it alone but I'd like to be able to ID a few types!!

Top one: Giant Polypore
Middle one: Weeping Bolete
Bottom one is tricky. dunno...might be Brick Tuft

Sparassis sp. Cauliflower fungus if there is a pine tree just out of shot.

It's pretty good for eating. On the menu in fine restaurants...

That one's bit old though. Found a lovely one today with some foraging students.
