That's definitely one of the reasons for me. That and the taxes are just about the highest in the country, only NYC is worse.

Liverpool, New York here. Lived in or around Syracuse my whole life. Adirondack mountain hiker, mother's family is from the center of the park.

Wow, did anyone look at the date of the first post on this thread? We must not have been paying attention a year and a
half ago...

Don't get me going on 2A stuff, I'm just starting to get calmed down from my commute in to work...my arsenal is safe for now.

HAHA yeah i can say the same bro. Mines good and protected, i dont too much mind Ohio's gun laws.

It's probably time for me to hit the road to New Hampshire, where the laws really are common sense...Live Free of Die :cool:

Yeah man New Hampshire is a cool place, my sub went up to the Portmouth Naval Shipyard a few months before i got out. Kittery and Portsmouth are some cool places. Lots of things to see and visit. You have to go to the Kittery trading post. Little expensive but an awsome destination, also take a day and head up to the LL. Bean main store. I think it was about a 3 hour drive from where i lived in Maine. Awsome plce though, and there is a good little pizza joint right accross the street to it. Not sure if your into fishing or not but they have a small Orvis store in that same shopping area along with a northface store as well.
