I know people have probably seen this video before but this is the first time iv seen a big chunk of Dick Proenneke in one video rather than looking for bits and bobs all over youtube, 15 min here, 8 min there... this is about 40 mins of the DVD. cant stop watching it... absolute respect and envy.

has parts of original film and later on people visiting him years later

I've got both DVDs if you want to borrow them Shep, Your not at the Northern Soul meet are you? I'm probably going to be dropping by your way with work in the coming weeks, I can meet up and drop it off if you want - I usually head upto J38 on the M6 and cut cross country along the A66 when heading over to Newcastle.
