Sorry, they're upside down, uploaded from my iPhone. I'm thinking Agrocybe Dura but was sure it was of the tough shank species due to the fibrous nature of the stem. Hard one this. Thanks in advance.

Should've said, they're growing on wood chippings next to a new build house.

Oh and smells fishy, turning slightly blue on the stem.

Macrolepiota rhacodes Shaggy Parasol ? just a wild guess looking at the pictures.I am not very well up on fungi.

I've eaten Shaggy Parasols and am quite sure this isn't one of them.

Definitely not a parasol.

Looks like Agrocybe sp. to me.
