Well thought I would give them a try

Ordered 6 knives a week ago Order placed and confirmed and now nothing.

No update. No response. NOTHING !!

They don't respond in their own forum. They don't respond to emails

I opened a PayPal dispute just to try and get a response and as soon as I did it my order status changed from CONFIRMED back to PENDING even though I paid a week ago

Will give it a couple more days then escalate to a PayPal claim

As a first time buyer I am not impressed at all

Anyone else have similar problems ?

Wouldn't bother waiting Steve, just crack on and escalate it as a claim straight away.
Will avoid and spread the word :(

thanks for the heads up, always good know the good and bad sites... especially when your looking forward to somthing arriving that never shows!

I have used them a few times, they are based in china so things take about a month or so to get here. Never had a problem with them, but communication is not their strong point .

Ye some of the stuff I'v got from China has taken over a month to arive.

I've been waiting for a jacket from china for 7 weeks now.

BTW..... why has this been moved to the cutting tools section?
