Hooded survival blanket

Having just been given a SOL sport utility blanket for my birthday which cost about £25:( i was a bit miffed to find these for a third of the price....

so i ordered one to compare the two. I have to say if you are in the market for this type of product save yourself about £15 by getting the fleabay one cos it seems just as well made as the SOL one and has an integral hood as well!

I have one of these and they are great, but very strongly odoured to begin with, I was going to use it inside my winter bag but use it outside instead, the odour is dwindling and will revert to plan "A" soon,

They are 147cm long (excluding the hood) and 173cm wide ( with a couple of straps inside to enable self wrapping) hope this helps
