Good first experiences then Rune? Its nice being warm first time out, at least that gives people the confidence to try new things. So whats the preference now then, ground or trees?

I am doomed to live out the remainder of my life below the tree line. T^

Been waiting for this Rune, another excellent video up to your usual standard. Enjoyed it very much indeed and a very touching tribute to Al (Allen Welsh)

You'll be missed on here Al Mate RIP.

Nice video, Rune. Good looking set-up you have there (which is something I never thought I would say to a hammock camper!).

Just watched it again.... The Pipers Lament...Flowers of the Forest is probably one of the saddest most evocative tunes i know, alongside 'Abide with me' and the 'Last Post/Sunset'. A touching tribute indeed

What did you think of the hammock Rune?
It looked lovely and big. Did you get a really 'flat' lay as hoped?

While I like my DD travel hammock, I've got wide shoulders and find it pushed them in a little too much. It's not quite as "flat" as I would like either. My body ends up sliding into the centre of the hammock. I take the sag out with the whoopie slings as much as possible before getting in, but that doesn't seems to help much.

I lay so flat and comfy once I was inside that I did not even try a diagonal lay. I just closed my eyes and off to never, never land I was.
