Hiya guys,
Anyone know where I might be able to buy 10cm zebra? They seem to be Rare as hens teeth.
Unfortunately the larger sizes don't fit in the Ikea drainer.

Hi again
Thanks for the welcome,
Called the Bushcraft Store today and it seems Zebra no longer produce the 10cm billy.
I'll see if I can find the one you mentioned Ade.

I have one of these, it fits easily into the Ikea strainer and comes with two good size plastic insulated cups and a lid. It seems good quality and in my opinion well worth the price. It took about five days delivery at standard rate,, Comes from America.

Tin can or coffee can + nail + wire coat hanger = billy can :)
A very old blog post on the subject http://woodcraftinpoland.blogspot.com/search?q=billy Mind you, I'd go big if I was getting an off the shelf pot. I've actually been tempted to get a stainless teel catering bucket and use it on a back frame http://woodcrafterslog.blogspot.com/2009/06/cups-and-containers-for-survival-kits.html

I can vouch for the billy can. I bought one after seeing Danny's vid. Well worth the money, and the tenner it cost included shipping costs.

Thanks guys
The billy Dan showed and the Stanley both look the nuts. I'll order them both and work a defence strategy while I'm waiting.

hello,
Why not recycle old large size catering tins? these make excellent
billy cans. BTW cleaned out a wire handle applied..
I've used these for years used to get them from a local kitchen
cleaned by them labels removed etc.. use local supplier now
Regards
David

Hi Sapper, at the end of the video the details of how/where to get them is in written format so you don't need speakers. The price was £10 special offer, but I am not sure how old the video is.
