Sleeping Bag Liner material/brand recommendations?

Does anybody have any recommendations on sleeping bag liners like which materials are best to use/brands etc. Which do you use and why?

I've got silk liners and chose them instead of fleece liners due to weight / space considerations. The brand was ebay...

This year I am going to try out a cheapie fleece blanket I bought in Ikea as a liner to test the warmth difference between silk and fleece.
