Hi all,
I walked this section of the south west coast path a couple of weeks back, it was hard work but I had a good nights camping and tested all my new gear.....some nice views too!

What lovely pics, what shutter speed did you use for the waterfall shot? nice and slow I presume? Also like the one taken with your feet in veiw that really works. Paul

Thanks for the comments everyone. Shutter speed was 0.3 sec at F/29. I had to go to F29 to get the shutter speed down. I only had a gorillapod and so I used that like a chestpod sort of thing! For anyone who is interested you can see more of my pics here-

Thanks Kernowek Scouser, I need to get myself up there again soon.

The tent is a Vango Tempest 200 2 man comanighttrain. Its heavier and bulkier than I first had in mind but I needed something big enough to fit myself and the wife in, we are both smallish people so this size is ideal.Although I was on my own for this trip.It performed well considering all night rain and sub zero temps in the early hours! I have the 2012 version and to quote the website 'the new multi function flysheet door can be opened from either side depending on the weather or rolled up completely to give a full open porch'. I actually found that very useful as it allowed me to cookup with some protection from the wind. A fully enclosed porch would have been a bit risky IMO.
