I don't really know alot about stoves or even how one like this would function ( do you have 4 separate burners like a hob?), but it is beautiful

Probably bought by an antiques collector/dealer. It's definitely a beautiful object and I wouldn't be surprised if an earlier version of this was in Scott's kit.

Old Primus stoves are very collectable, especially when they are complete with instructions and the original box
