I recall my idiot City Council a half dozen years back, blew around $40,000 on a glossy 'Cycling In Ottawa' guide, promoting our great bike trails around and throughout the city. And one of the tips was........... "If it's cold out, wear gloves"

Ray Mears' wild food was on a few years back and whilst Ray was chowing down on something wild and unusual, my wife (who's from Yorkshire) commented: "dirty get!". Henceforth he has been known as "Ray mears-dirty get" in our house.
