Great Video, Reminds me of the Time i spent with the National Trust doing a bit of Charcoal Making - Loved it. Just so dam smokey you have to have very understanding neighbours.

Shrublands Sawmill near Ipswich, used to produce Charcoal but they were stopped by the Environmental Health people. Some local people (newcomer blow-ins) claimed that the smoke was nuisance.
Apparently, it's better to cut down Rain Forests and then transport it thousands of miles to the UK
