bumber year for walnuts

this year i discovered 2 mature walnut trees,and they were laden with nuts in all we foraged 30lb of them,i guess we wont need to buy any this christmas!

i got a good 10kg from the tree in the carpark of my workplace..... had great fun lobbing a length of rope over the top and then shaking to get rained on by the nuts

have given most away though, dont actually like the things that much! :P
