View Full Version : How useless is British Blades?

Registered with British blade earlier today. It says an email has been sent...no email was sent, I changed email address, it says email sent to new address...no email again, I have a look in the help section of the forum..nothing of much use at all there, I try searching for help with activation problems...message pops up saying I don't have permission, due to not having an activated account.

If their system is that poor, then I don't think I'll bother. Not happy at all.

I had the some problem with that site befor I joined this foum nearley 2years ago.

Oh and the thing is they send me birthday greetings on the right day but wont let me post,stick it I'll stay with the best.

Checked the junk folder constantly, still nothing. I'll stick with talking to people in the know on here and BCUK lol

that site is hard to log in. thats the site that stopd me joining any other like sites
must say this is one of the best sites to get on who needs British blade when we have a site way better

Just to add a bit of balance to this discussion. You may remember that NBC had some problems with registration some time back so we should be careful before we denigrate British Blades.

I believe I registered on there quite some time back but, as I'm not that interested in knives, I very rarely go on there and can't remember my log on details. I would just say that most of these forums (fora??) are run by enthusiasts and not professionals and we all lead busy lives which stop us from putting as much time as we'd like into our hobbies.

I would suggest that you drop an email to the admin team at BB who I'm sure will sort things out as soon as they can. In the meantime, I will lock this thread, not for the purpose of censorship but because I think the point has been adequately made.
