View Full Version : Damson Vodka or Rum

I can't make up my mind - should I make damson vodka or damson rum (was thinking white rum/bacardi)?
Damson vodka is nothing new. But has anyone tried or made damson rum? I like the idea and thought of damson rum, but don't want to waste time and money on making something that will taste awful.
What do you reckon?

I reckon that after you have had a few it wouldn't really matter either way! White rum could possibly work, I might be tempted to try it with one that already has some degree of flavour to it like Malibu.

I always find vodka is the best medium for any fruit liqueur
