Just made this trivett and fire pit tripod, thought I would show you.

It stands 6" high and 7 1/2" accross.

The tripod is just three modified road spikes left by the builders :happy-clapping:

Its more for a bigger weekend away bushcrafting.

I dig the trivet how much does it weigh? Might not be to bad on my bicycle

Like both of these items, they look well thought out. Another good source for a tripod is to use one of those large temporary road works signs, that the highways department put out when doing just a day job, with flexible sign part removed you have a ready made folding tripod (not that i am endorsing removing highways department road signs in any way).
