Good afternoon all,

I'm a new member and also newbie to
the 'buchcraft' scene. I've been reading lots of websites like this one, watching YouTube and Mr Mears, picking up information.

I have some kit already (I hunt with an air rifle which has led me to have oddments of DPM, surplus rucksack, Opinel, etc). I really need a lot of the basics still so I'll be off to the sales section shortly.

I'm looking to pick up advice and
maybe a few bits of secondhand kit
here and there and get out for a few
nights.... Maybe even take the missus
when she comes around to the idea.

So hi all, thanks for the info gleaned so far, and I look forward to joining in.

Welcome Jamie. Good luck with getting all your kit sorted. There isn't a huge amount of stuff you will need to enjoy yourself on a meet, but if you need advice on certain items, there is guaranteed to be someone on here that can help out.
