Asking about the mentioned broken Helle knife, at the store where I work, my boss informed me that the knife unfortunally already has been picked up by the customer.
But, though I am not sure about the exact model, the damage was identical to that of the Kvernstein in the video.

Interesting. I have seen the exact same thing happen to another composite handle Helle knife once before. A customer brought one into the hunting-/outdoor store where I currently work.
I believe it is a model Winner, but it may be a similar, now discontinued, model. The knife is still at the store, I'll have a look tomorrow - and maybe snap a few pics.
Like the Kvernstein this knife has got a very thin tang, which broke where the the handle meets the front bolster.
I have actually actively been avoiding to buy Helle knives because of this.
