    Baking

Ok as of late I've had a bit of an interest to try steam baking also want to try some dry baking to. Those who have tried it what are your baking setups? So far I've just tried it indoors on the home stove. Used an aluminum pot with a gsi cup and some bisquick also tried just floating a frypan from the zebra pot in the water that worked ok cept for water bubbling over at times lol. So far I gotta say this has potential for me

Not done any in recent years but tried reflector oven baking and a biscuit tin with dry stones on the bottom and a tray inside with fair results, but that was over 40 years ago.You can make a lightweight folding reflector easy enough. oops ! 2 different methods there not together

I've done primitive baking in ashes (bannock, potatoes) before with relative success, never tried it with pots.
