    Handsfree should be banned too. It's more the distraction of the conversation that's a killer, than holding the phone to your ear.

    And the other point of view is - anyone who takes their eyes off the road to answer a call or for that matter any reason other than check speed and mirrors is really stupid, so how many in the cinema would answer their phone while driving and I thought mobile use in cinemas was banned. Also the film cameras would of been a big give away

    They were asked to leave their mobiles switched on.And obviously new they were taking part in "SOMETHING"!!
    But it did bring the point home.!!no matter how it was accomplished!!

    I see what you're saying. You can guarantee most of those people would answer their phone in a cinema (as they did) but not while driving.
    The cameras were probably really small, if not, they could have told them they were for something else, like a documentary on cinema goers, etc .
