Thread: Greetings from Derbyshire!

    Greetings from Derbyshire!

    Hi!,
My names Ben, and I'm a wannabe bushcrafter! I've made a few things here and there, catapults, a knife, and I'm making a coracle at the moment. Sadly I don't think it will be ready for the Coracle regatta at Ironbridge next week! I am also really wanting to get into tanning skins and am interested in taxidermy too! Ooh, and flint snapping - thats pretty cool!
I also love camping and really want to go wild camping - I am still yet to test out my hennessy hammock! Hoping to make some friends and get more info on tools and equipment and where to find bits and pieces!!!

I'm doing that now Rasputin, but still not coming up with a great deal! I might try my hand at a willow coracle as that is far easier to come by!

Thanks Sapper - I always like the sound of 'The Dark Peak"!
