    ash egg flipper

i had a shard of ash that had ripped off a branch in the gales, its been sat in the back of my van a while now and to honest i was going to bin it but i was chopping logs and kindling at work today and thought it would be rude not to carve something so i faced it up and an egg flipper was staring back at me,it had dried out a bit as it was quite thin but was still easy to work...thanks for looking..kev

Nice work, I like the gentle sweep of the handle or is that just an optical conclusion due to camera angle?

    Looks great!
Much better than the store-bought ones made of plastic, which melt in the frying pan...

there has been some lime trees limbed around the corner from me and looks like some usable pieces of timber left so hopefully should get half a dozen or so flippers and spoons out of them,i'll go foraging later and try my new laplander out...atb kev
